Just making this now! Quick question- the method has 100g grana padano for the béchamel but you also mention it at the end to sprinkle over the lasagne. Is it 100g in the béchamel or less please? 🙏

100g in the béchamel plus 100g to sprinkle. You’ll see 100g listed in lasagne ingredients as well as the 100g for the béchamel X
