Hi and welcome back to COME FOR SUPPER!
I used to do a lot of on location cooking, cheffing for retreats mainly. I’d fill my suitcase with spelt flour (hard to find outside the UK) my kitchen knives, and the tools I could not live without. I still pack some of them when I am visiting my parents or heading somewhere for the weekend where I know I’ll be cooking. They are invaluable for making things easier in the kitchen and are things I think every home cook should aim to have in their own kitchen.
