I'M BACK AND WE ARE MAKING TOSTADAS
SESAME TUNA + ASPARAGUS, MISO MAYO, GREEN CHILLI SALSA, PICKLED RADISH
Hi!
I’m back! After 6 weeks working on another project (mainly spending time with my 4 month old daughter, Anabel) I am back to sharing recipes on Substack. Thank you for sticking around. Any working parent will know that the juggle is indeed a juggle and it’s more dropping balls than anything. I’ve missed writing and sharing recipes here and am SO HAPPY TO BE BACK.
To celebrate we are having a TOSTADA PARTY and I’m bringing you two recipes this week. SESAME TUNA TOSTADAS AND CHARRED ASPARAGUS TOSTADAS WITH MISO MAYO, GREEN CHILLI SALSA AND PICKLED RADISHES plus a few of my go-to hacks for a good Mexico inspired dinner party.
If you’re new here, Hi! And thank you for reading COME FOR SUPPER and supporting my my writing. You can scroll down to find the written recipe and scroll ALL the way down for the printable PDF where you’ll also find some MUSIC TO COOK TO. This one is for paid subscribers. If that’s you already, thank you!! Your support goes right back into my work developing recipes, shooting videos, and writing about all of it.

THE RECIPES
SESAME TUNA TOSTADAS
The best tuna tostadas in London IMO come from El Pastor and if you are in town soon you should DEFINITELY GO (get the tuna tostadas, ALL the salsas and order extra totopos, you will not regret it). But if you’re planning to have friends round for margaritas and tostadas these are very good to make.
