Hi!
How are you?! I hope you are well. It’s been one month since I launched my newsletter COME FOR SUPPER on Substack and I have loved it so far. Thank you for all the kind notes and messages. A huge HUGE thank you to everyone who has subscribed, especially to my wonderful community of paid subscribers. Onto the giveaway and some REALLY GOOD CHICKEN WINGS.
To celebrate one month of substack I am giving away a bundle of some of my favourite ingredients to five of my paid subscribers.
The winners will receive a Belazu bundle containing
a jar of ROSE HARISSA (the BEST in the business)
a pot of TAHINI (so creamy I often eat it with a spoon)
A pot of SMOKED PAPRIKA
FIVE winners will be selected at random from my lovely community of paid subscribers. The recipe for my HARISSA HONEY CHICKEN WINGS will be out on Thursday for paid subscribers too.
It’s no secret that I am borderline OBSESSED with Belazu. Their products are so often the hero ingredients in my recipes and have become staples of my cooking. What I love about Belazu is the effort they put into sourcing the best of the best. I should know too, as I spent four days with the team exploring Istanbul for inspiration for their new range. So much research and time goes into making sure the products are just right. And they really are the best. Once you taste their tahini you will not go back to another one. The same goes for their harissa, oils, vinegars and spices. All of it!
The Belazu harissa and smoked paprika provide the backbone of flavour in my HARISSA HONEY CHICKEN WINGS, and their tahini is responsible for the creaminess in my smashed lime leaf peas which go very well alongside the wings.
The recipe drops this Thursday and I cannot wait for you to make them.
These are soooo damn good.
